Thanks for this glimpse into the situation. I didn’t know it was that severe right now. I’m glad you’re able to be elsewhere to wait it out but can picture your friends and locale, too. I’ve fought (done paperwork support) for forest fires in Canada and U.S., and my kids have literally fought the fires, so we do understand. I love picturing your small family and we send lots of love.

My son and his family live in Singapore, where he teaches in an international Christian school. Singapore is experiencing hazardous smoke and haze conditions because of the fires in Indonesia too. I have been and will continue to pray for Indonesia and Singapore.
